If you set Local TIME as IST time , then at sharp 1:02 am , you may FACE time syn error.
Solution : Modify the cron file and make it 9 am or so when yr guys are NOT logged in.

This is not a bug. You need to properly set your system date/time. Vicidial runs maintenance scripts for the system to function properly. You can see them in root's crontab.

Yep. It's not a bug. Most system maintenance runs at off peak hours. For a Vicidial system this is one of them. What country are you dialing into?

I am from India.
Server is in India.
Dial USA.
When 1 am IST, USA is around 1 pm to 3 pm .. depending on TIMEZONE , FULL FLEDGED DIALING TIME.
What if a center is dialing 24/7 without any break , specially if any 24/7 Inbound Process ?

Then you should set your system time to USA time. This way, the scripts won't run until it's 1 am USA time. If the center is 24/7 then I'd suggest you disable the said scripts in crontab and manually run it when you're able to.

I followed :
http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... =localtime
You need to set EVERYTHING to your local time zone.
Then if you are calling the USA, make sure to have the phone_code set to 1 when you import leads and the local call time restrictions will work
