Can you tell me :
- If I can have a ratio higher then 4.0 (Ican Add it to admin Interface)
- what framework did you use with php and what development gui did you use
- For load balancing, if the phones and conferences numbers must be different from servers or I can use the same numbers on each server.

Try 2.2.0, you can set the dial level VERY high in the system settings.

We use all sorts of development environments, from straight 'vi' to a rich text editor with formatting(Editpad and Notepad++) to full dev environments like Eclipse depending on the platform we are working on

For load balancing you can have the same phone extensions and conference numbers on different servers, just make sure the phone login is unique.

Funny you should say that. The FIRST setup I did I tried to make them unique and failed, but the system worked! Then I realized that the system does not write those as part of a "-vicidial.conf" set, it uses the hard coded. Which is when I realized that if I just "went with it" the same conferences on each server works just fine.
