Yes, that is a valid e-mail header, as verified through SPF.

I have edited your messages. Yes, that was a valid email. The SPF framework in the email header verified that, as well as the sending domain matching the reverse for the IP.

As a side note, I am now on an Indian mailing list receiving lots of spam about BPO.

In the future, please try private messaging someone if you think you have a suspicious e-mail first before posting.
