Inbound and ACD

Here is One requirement I have :

Inbound Calls : Daily 8000-10000 ; Inbound calls Using SIP.

Inbound Agents : 4 Different Locations. A,B,C,D

A,B,C,D : Not connected with each other. Each premises got individual set up.

Can Vici works as ACD ??

How to distribute calls evenly at all 4 locations ?

you would have to set up a completely different asterisk server and run all calls through it to have it control who gets what calls.

i do not think geographically distant servers being used in a cluster would work. unless call volume were LOW.
