PRI and SIP

I dial Domestic(PRI)from 9 am to 5 pm and 9 p to 5 am ... International(SIP).

Can I use same server for both ?

If so, what changes reqd ?

set your carrier system up to dial SIP for the international numbers and PRI for the domestic. you don't have to change anything between shifts or campaigns that way, the asterisk dial plan will choose the appropriate carrier when the call is dialed.

in fact, that way you can dial them simultaneously or overlapping shifts if you like.
