Then I shifted to Call Center ( accidentally ) as Tech Manager handling AVAYA dialer.
Since last 2 yrs , I am using Vici and also setting up and configuring Vici for others.
Today, I made total of 22000$ in 2 yrs, just out of Vici setup and Support.
And Now, Vici is my bread and Butter.
Not only, that Vici Group and VNow is responsible in creating tremendous Job opportunity.
Earlier , Ppl used to Dial Manually or scared to open the Call Center due to VERY high cost due to COSTLY CLOSED SOURCE Branded Dialer. I have seen Dialer companies to charge 10k $ per seat also !!!
Since the time Vici is Popular, Every day around the world, and specially INDIA , MINIMUM 10-20 centers are opening and all opting for Vici.
Either they do it or they take help of consultants.
Every center starts with Minimum 10 seats , upto 30 seats.
So, Daily, due to Vici, 1000 ppl are getting jobs in India.
Salute to Vici Group.
{ But , I PRESUME, its sad that Vici Group has NEVER earned a single penny out of Installations and Config from India }
