voice recording on separate BOX..

Hi, im just curious..is it possible to separate the recording process of the asterisk server to greatly lessen up the load process;

Like putting the recording on a separate BOX like the company Orecx (The opensource recording company) using Oreka apps to separate recordings.
Which Xorcom succesfully omplemented on there asterisk appliance.

Yes it's possible. However, it's actually easier spreading the load on multiple servers than setting it up the way you like it. This gives you flexibility since the recordings can still be controlled under the admin interface.
