I assume you are asking about break codes?

That is what pause codes are for, and you can define them for agents to use.

You can resume by clicking the resume button

But please get the manuals. It will help you tremendously with your VICIDIAL experience. It will also save you the time and trouble asking questions like this.

If you cant afford the manuals, get the owner of the call center to purchase it. You are already saving $1000 usd per seat on licenses alone when you use VICIDIAL. Don't be a cheapskate, get the manuals, support the continued development of VICIDIAL.

have already bought the manuals (both agent and admin)

but i don't see that on the interface , when i click on the break, i don't see a resume button.
that's why i'm asking.

What is your dial method set to?

it is a requirement when you post that you post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

was there a resume button before? are you in manual dial or ratio for this campaign?

it's a new setup, vicidialnow, with no changes
after i upgrade it to 2.2 rc7
i was testing with the TESTCAMPAIGN.
i have created a new campaign with ratio mode , now it's ok.
