Vicidial 2.2.0 w/ asterisk 1.4 ERROR

I'm getting this on the asterisk CLI quite frequently on 2.2.0 rc 7 and 2.2.0 rc 8 using asterisk-1.4.27-vici

utils.c:966 ast_carefulwrite: write() returned error: Broken pipe

Any idea what is causing this?

I think this has been discussed here before. I just can't remember the exact link. But the bottom line is it's safe to ignore that error. Try searching for "Broken pipe" string on the forum.
