Remote Agent to Dial..

Hi there any suggestion, i got issue with using remote agent for vicidal setup.

My setup is:

VERSION: 2.4-249
BUILD: 100414-1603
Asterisk 1.4.21
Zaptel 1.4.12.1
Single server.

Agent form remote side login in and doing calls are having voice issue like one way audio , agent can hear client but client cant hear the agent. But my vicidial server is already setup as public server, accessible by a public routeabe IP.

Any suggestion for this to work on the client side, i Know the issue is with NAT on the agent network side might be but are there setting to correct this, anyone used this setup and have it worked. Thanks

is this for global string or on the templates of SIP peers..? also adding this up on the carrier trunk side..? :)

if that doesnt work you could also try using IAX2

-- like configuring sip right..? setup a carrier trunk on the iax.conf and with the default iax phone ID along with the user ID registered on vicidial admin. then using IAX2 soft phones.

Have tried it with zoiper phone after i setup cant hear any dial tone..but its already registered, is it with the carrier..? :(
