I think this unusual because, with my previous install on the report menu, there should be like this on the display
Real-Time Reports
* Real-Time Main Report
Real-Time SIP: Listen - Barge
Real-Time IAX: Listen - Barge
for barge and monitor
and with regards to agent there should be STATION, USER INFO added on the display but here i got only session ID.

Thanks i got it all. 2.4 have different setup compare to 2.2.0 with regards to monitor and barge.
with 2.2.0 its displayed by default you just click BARGE or MONITOR
but with 2.4 its a per PHONE basis..nice

Yes, the SIP/IAX Barge/Monitor links have been removed because they did not work right on multi-server systems and you are forced to use a softphone. Not you can use any phone defined in the system you want and it works on multi-server systems. This change was made in 2.2.0rc8.

@mflorell
i have problem with barging and monitoring when i select the link either of the 2 options it just say success dialing 103 which is the phone ID but no activity on my soft phone being log in, it suppose to dial my phone ID right..? they ill be able to listen or barge. But no activity at all.
Ive been doing this since with 2.0.5 ans 2.2.0 but its dialing to my phone ID and then in in on barge and listen, but now not at all.
any idea..?

I got it, i should be using ht PHONE ID of the person barging and the listener not the agent Phone ID to make it worked. Thanks
