i want to start using vicidial in aa outbound call center
they already use a crm called pivotal. is there a way to use vici with an interface to pivotal? (i live in israel and we work in hebrew characters - right to left- so its hard to work with crm software that were not localized)
if not what crm they will have to use?

the thing is they call existing clients and try to upsell them so they have to c the clients various details
the reps - they have pcs with windows xp and explorer 5 and up. is it ok?
tnx

You could use the web form as a portal interface to the CRM app, at that point your agents could log into the CRM and make whatever additions

(This is assuming pivotal is a web based crm).

If you're open to trying new things you could look into SugarCRM.

I would strongly recommend using firefox instead of IE for vicidial. IE has documented memory leaks that will crash it after running vicidial for a few hours on most systems. Also, you cannot use HotKeys in vicidial in IE.

That is not suprising, I had recently stopped testing with IE altogether because it was crashing my machines as I was testing new features.

Firefox is recommended, but I have tested functionality of most of the features with Opera as well.
