error messages

VICIDIAL v.2.2.0-svb
BUILD: 90315-1010 VICIDIAL
Asterisk Version: 1.4.21.2

i have configure my server ok so far but
but im not able to make or receive inbound or outbound call
i can only call extension to extension on the same server
when i make a outbound call i get this error message

for inbound call when i tried i get a fast busy tone
along with this error message

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

vicidial and asterisk versions are a good start, please post the rest with EVERY post or put it in your signature.

The system did not attempt to make a call here. However, your modified version of the dial plan to manually set the callerid did execute. Do not set the callerID in the dial plan directly, use the campaign callerID and the phone callerID for this purpose. Put the dial plan back to "standard" and make the server work before you begin to make changes. Life will get easier.

This is not an inbound call.
