Hi Matt

recently i have upgrade my vicidial to 2.4 .
as per the Vtiger.txt fle ,i tried to patch the vtiger but in extras directory
i have found two patches
Vtiger510_vicidial_001_noclose.patch and
Vtiger510_vicidial_002_noclose.patch

which one i have to use.

use the newer 002 one.

i already patched with patch 001
if i patch again with 002 what will be the impact .and what is the difference beteween 001 and 002.

you can unpatch the 001 version just by running the patch command again.

What is the exact version of Vtiger that you are patching?

i am using vtiger 5.1.0 in a separate mechine ie:vicidial in one server and vtiger in one server

The ViciDial web interface has to be loaded on the Vtiger web server as well for everything to work properly.

I have already synchronized vtiger 5.1 with Vicidial 2.4 and it says success but when i login to vtigercrm using user:6666 and pass: 1234 i cant see nay users added, campaign and other details all are empty..why is it.

Hi guys, i have done it thanks, Click to Dial, Leads loading but somehow with webform it fails,

coz the situation is vtigercrm and vicidal are in the same server, using
agc_2.4 and vtigercrm 5.1

Now this server used Public IP for remote users and local IP for LAN users.All access fine with viciidal auto dialing and logging in and out both network. What i do with the vtigercrm web form is specify webform 1 for local: http://192.168.1.3/vicidial/vtiger_search.php
and webform2 for [/b]WAN: http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/vicidial/vtiger_search.php

now when im on remote agent i click webform2 the page seems to be loading and see success but eventually will not login user to vtiger but TIMED OUT and as i see the URL will turn to its local IP not public like this -> http://192.168.1.3/vicidial/vtiger_search.php (which i cant really access this outside network i must used public IP)

But it turn out that while loading the webform for public its change to the local IP link as i see it on my web URL.

Any suggestion, do i need to modify something on vtigerservice.php..? to specify some IP for the network.

I can access both http://xxx.xx.xxx.xx/vtigercrm/index.php on LAN and WAN using user name and pass but with webform it fails.

@matt are this not a bug on the viciidal 2.4 version...? the link on the webform loads and redirect but eventually changes and get Timed Out..

Any idea on this, pls.

Hi Guys any reply on this, any idea an suggestion. the vtiger webform is not loading on the remote agent part but for local users/Agent its working well.
