I have upgraded the 250 seats to the newest 2.2.1(svn)
Now suddenly the consultative transfer is not working. Clicking the local closer is ok but we wanted it to be consultative ala dial with customer.
Any pointers where to look?

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.
Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
exactly what button/steps are you using for the consultative transfer
CLI when you do it (to see if there are any errors)
what happens when you do it? call fails or is just NOT consultative?

Basically
here's what happened.
On the iax.conf
we have astloop and astblind.
and on the iax-vicidial.conf
we also have the same entries.
So what I did was to remove the entries on iax.conf

i usually have the upgrade install the conf files again (just in case there are changes) and make any mods to the new ones again ...
is this not "normal"

@william
I mean that's the steps I did to resolve my issue. I had resolved this when you said what's the cli output and I saw the its giving me un authorized output.
The reason why I don't just overwrite the files is due to laziness.
I never thought that vicidial generates the astloop and astblind entries now. lol.

We have ViciDial generate those now so that you can set passwords for the IAX connections. It was a security and consistency thing.
