restrict agent to use only the web interface for calls

Hi,

is it possible to lock the agent to dial only through the web agent interface and prevent the agent to dial manually using their softphone/voip phone (x-lite, ekiga,...)

Yes, just change the phones.phone_context to a non-existing context

what you mean mflorell by this change of phones.phone_context ?
do you mean the dialplan
