Hi vicidial support
I am using vicidial 2.4-254
my vicidial agent screen is not showing the coustomer data for the click to dial from vtiger.
same data has been uploaded in both the system vicibox and vtiger.
if i do the manual dial of the same number i am getting the coustomer data.
any help please suggest.

Did you read the whole VTIGER.txt doc?
Do you have the crontab entries set up to synchronize the accounts across the two systems at night?
Are you using the webform or script tab to load the vtiger account upon connection of a call to the agent?

Hi
i am using the webform.
i am not syncing the accounts , between vicidial and vtiger.
my idea is
i uploaded same data in both vtiger and vicidial, because vicidial dont sync with the vtiger leads table it sinks with vtiger accounts table.but my data should be in vtiger leads table.
so if i do click to dial , according to the phone number vicidial will search all the list which is assigned to a campaign , and then it will display the coustomer data if exists.
if i do manual dial of the same no it shows the coustomer data , but why not in click to dial .
click to dial is also like manual dial.

post the two URLs(one for manual and one for click-to-dial) that you get from the web form
