call center up to 1000 seats

Hi,
We want to use Vicidial as a call center and we have up 1000 seats, does any one installed Vicidial call center up to 1000 seats?

Does someone have any reference for projects of this kind of level or someone that can recommend us to use the Vicidial.

The largest single installation that I know of is 350 seats.

1000 seats should be possible with enough server hardware. The number and kind of servers you will need greatly depend on the kind of call center activity you will be doing.

Will you be mostly outbound/inbound or blended?

What kind of outside lines will you be using?

Will you be recording all calls?
