Facing Problem in conference

Dear members,

I am facing when i am doing conference the third party cannot hear the agent or the caller voice i tried almost with all the carriers still facing the same ,is there any extra hardware software need to be installed or is there any changes to be made

Are you using VOIP trunks? If so, what codecs are you using?

What is the loadavg of the server when you have these problems?

Are there any Asterisk CLI output warnings when you do third party calls?
