Caller and agents cannot hear each other in inbound calls

Asterisk : 1.2.30.2

I have PRI lines with diginum card installed on the server. everything was working fine for 2-3 months all of a sudden one fine day the agents cannot hear anything nor the caller in inbound calls. Only few agents are facing this problem.

Please help me out.

Do you have example calls?

What kind of agent phones?

Are the agents on the same network as the dialer?

hi mflorell,
thanx for the prompt reply, the agents are using xlite(softphone) and the agents are also on the same network as the dialer. the calling is perfect but sometime some agent faces this problem and it is on frequent basis.

When things like that happen, the best thing is to log the instances as much as possible and try to find a pattern, maybe the issue only happens on one trunk, maybe only one agent.
