I will assume you mean scrub against the National Do Not Call (NDNC) list available in the US from donotcall.gov exclusively.

i don't know about "integrated", but i have software that does that in two versions:

1) When you upload, it will "set aside" your list until you have gone to the NDNC menu item and chosen "scrub" for that list (so you cannot call leads until they have been scrubbed). It does not automatically scrub them during upload because it can hammer the server (allowing the option to wait for a break or after hours if you want to reduce server load).

2) Nightly scrub (upload any and all you like during the day, and it will scrub EVERYTHING every night, old and new alike). This version WILL allow you to call leads without scrubbing them, so you need to load leads into a list you will not use until the next day.

The two versions share a common "upload" screen for your area codes purchased from the NDNC.

The US National Do Not Call Registry is available ONLY from donotcall.gov. You do not need a "license" as it is not "licensed". It is SOLD for the exclusive use of the purchaser. It cannot be "resold", it cannot be "used for someone else". You cannot have someone else scrub your list. You MUST be able to DEMONSTRATE that you not only purchased but actually used the list that you purchased before making any telemarketing calls inside the US.

You can get 5 area codes for free, after that it costs $$. (About $80 per Area Code and up to $17k for the entire US.)

If someone else scrubs your list for you, and you get a complaint, and you cannot demonstrate ownership and usage of the list you can get a rather hefty fine FOR EACH CALL MADE. Check out the rules at https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov.

The software is written by us (everyone has some version of it, we are not an exception). The software requires that you download your NDNC lists from donotcall.gov on a regular basis (less then 30 days apart) and upload the lists into the system.

I don't really like quoting prices on this forum (somehow i don't think matt would appreciate it, and i don't want the price "Posted" permanently in case the price changes).

If I get enough sales of this product, I'll post it as a "module" that can be added to Vicidial. I don't think it rises to the level of an included function, but it would be nice to be able to "install" for free for everybody. As soon as I recoup my investment and make a little profit to feed my hungry children :).
