hi
this is the error i get while reinstalling my slackware 10.2
error "Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init= option
now the problem is that when i insert cd1 then its not works.
only shows
boot:
there is only one previous partition i.e., test-linux-nitin-2.4
when i enter
its shows the above error
what will i do to install an fresh slackware on my system.
how to delete previous partition.

Are you using UltimatebootCD with XFDISK to wipe your drives before installing? That's the best thing to do to get a fresh install.
