Hi

vicidial VERSION: 2.4-254 BUILD: 100512-1615|vicibox ubuntu|single server|no extras softwares

whenever my agent clicks the webform it redirects to vtiger but not logging into the vtiger automatically. but the agent manually loginto the vtiger that lead is stored there.

for your information " vtiger is in separate machine"
"i didnt synced the users but created same user id and password in vtiger as in vicidial"

What is you campaign setting "Vtiger Screen Login" set to?

my agent script tab displays a white screen with only refresh option on right corner.

Then there is something wrong with your configuration.

Please detail your System Settings options for Vtiger.
