Hello Fellow Vicifriends,

this is the setup:

VERSION: 2.4-273
BUILD: 100527-2212
asterisk 1.4.30
dahdi-linux-complete-2.2.0.2+2.2.0
no additional software

This server was tested and operating perfectly. Mailed it to another office and now it generates this error:

PXE-E53 - No boot filename recieved
PXE - MOF: Exiting PXE ROM
Boot Failure
Press any key to continue

If I press a key it reboots and generates the same error.

Any thoughts?

check your hard drive cable, it might be broken because the computer did not detect your hard drive

The PXE-Boot option is enable on one of the network cards. Go into the BIOS and disable the "Network ROM", "Network Boot", "PXE ROM", etc, option.

Whatever is providing DHCP on their network is providing a partial PXE Boot environment as well.

You should also verify that the system will boot without the network cable plugged in. If it won't then it's very well possible the hard-drive is disconnected or some reason.

Every time we've had that, it has been "rough handling" and the hard drive power or data cable is loose or disconnected. Take 'em off and put 'em back on.

Also be sure to check your fan connections and mounts (CPU and CASE) to be sure they are still connected properly. A disconnected (power or mount) CPU fan can be very bad.
