Hi all.

In the company where I work, we have vicidialnow.. and we have other system developed by a person, and this system can call numbers and ask questions like a bot.. so the the called only have to press 1 or 2 or 3.

Before doing the poll any person record the messages.

I think vicidial can not do that, but is there another system that could do?

Have you read the manual?

1) VICIdial CAN do that. It's called a Survey (in the Detail screen in Campaigns)

2) Read the Manager's Manual as DarknessBBB has suggested and you will find out how.

3) IF you can find a Dialer system that can do something VICIdial CANNOT do, PLEASE post it immediately. And I don't even mean just the Open Source ones (because there aren't any worth mentioning besides VICIdial in the Open Source category ... please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!)
