report with call recording details

Hi vicidial support

vicibox ubutntu VERSION: 2.2.0-228 |BUILD: 91211-1359| single server| no pri cards| no extra software

I have enabled the call recording in campaigns.
call recordings are working fine.

i need to know how to get a report with agent name, callrecording filename ,leadid , disposition screen.

also i need to know how to download the recorded files which is located in monitorDONE

This is in the Call Export Report in SVN/trunk

If you use SVN (in the link for VICIDIAL wiki above, look for the SVN How To) to upgrade to trunk ... you'll get what you need along with a fair amount of bug fixes and a whole bunch of new toys.

It's only about a dozen lines of command line and a reboot to upgrade.

Download the SVN, then read the "UPGRADE" document that will be in it (no functional changes during the SVN download, just new files in the source directory ... giving you access to the UPGRADE doc and install files).

Backup before you do it, but you should not lose any data during the upgrade if it goes smoothly. I've never had an upgrade fail (so far!!!).
