when i setup a remote agent.. it dials the vicidial_list entry and tells THEM that they are only ones ina conference..


How to make this app do this..


Call a client.. if human (8369) then play message.. ( press1 or press 2)
then trasnfer to remote afgent?


lots of this stuff is IAX and now most of us use SIP .. its hell to rewrite..

but even then how can i send to a rmeote agent..

i made a remote agents with a 10 dnis in number.. but no luck

Have you looked at the Manager Manual?

If you are using remote agents and the call is being sent to a meetme room then you set something up wrong. When you use remote agents in vicidial you will not have the agent using vicidial.php.
