Leads with incorrect status

VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015


Loaded 1000 leads
328 leads have correct dispositions and have "Called" status
572 leads that havent been called are incorrectly in "Called" status and have a disposition "NEW".
The hopper is empty. Can you help

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and OS with kernel or version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

Thanks for the VICI version, try to remember to post all your information each time.

Next time you dial out ... watch your CLI and see if you experience "Congestion" or possibly leads not even showing up on the CLI. Try to set a few of these leads up exactly as they are to autodial (perhaps set a filter or move them to their own list so you can zero in on them) and watch CLI and agi output to see if you can determine if it's a general failure or specific to those actual leads.

Are all these leads going through the same carrier? In the same list? are certain area codes/country codes missing from your dial plan setup?
