Parking not working from astguiclient

Hi All,

Our agents using astguiclient with Softphones (XPro) are having problems parking calls. When an agent clicks on Park in Astguiclient, the agent gets transferred to the Park extension and caller is Hung Up on. Any ideas on how to fix this? Posting CLi output when Park link is clicked. Using version 1.1.12-3.

Is this the astguicient.php page?

are they clicking on PARK within 5 seconds of the call connecting?

The Park link is clicked from agc/astguiclient.php. I have tried it with many options, ie. 2 sec, 5 sec, 30 secs, etc. but still not able to get it working correctly.

I have not noticed this issue on our setups, but it'snot unexpected as astguiclient.php is nowhere near as widely used as vicidial.php.

Please post the contents of live_channels and live_sip_channels tables when this occurs and point out which are the connected channels.

It would also be helpful to have the Asterisk CLI output of the call.
