multiple call for 1 agent

Hello
we have a problem, we have a 4 vicidial server (vicidial 2.0.5, asterisk 1.4) installed, 1 database server and 2 web server. when an agent take a call sometimes he have another call in the same conference.
how can we resolve this.

First
when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

How did you cluster your system? What directions did you follow? (a link is nice here too, if the instructions are online)

Third
Is this a recent occurrence? Did you just build the cluster yesterday? Was it working properly for 9 months and then just start doing this on a cluster you did last year? Please provide some details.

Fourth
Have you considered upgrading to a version of Vicidial which is supported (officially 2.0.5 is no longer a supported version by The Vicidial Group, of which I am not a member :) )

Fifth
It would be very handy if you were to post agi log output from an occurrence of this event.
