What does the status No Pitch No Price mean exactly? Also I see that as default the status SALE is set to "N" in the Customer Contact field. Should it not be "Y"?

NP means whatever you want it to mean, it is not used by the system for anything specifically.
As for the flags, the default is N, so if you want it to be customer contact then set it to Y.
