Hey! I showed mine!
DG35EC supports every version of Vicibox (1.0-redux3.0.6) so far but has not been tested with VicidialNOW or GoAutoDial.
We have actually used a couple others, but I do not have records of them (client boxes).
I have a client with two msi G41M4-F who successfully installed Vicibox Redux (although I forget the version, I think it was Redux3.0.6? it was pretty recent).
We have also installed on many server class boards, alas all have been purchased and supplied by clients so no record of the model #. I will say that every Dell Refurb we have attempted has successfully installed Vicibox 1, 2 or 3 whenever tried so far (no failures that did not actually involve a dead motherboard!). I love Dell refurbs.
But I think it's a good idea for everyone to list a motherboard if they KNOW it works (or doesn't!) with Vicibox, Redux, Now, or Go.

You mean expensive or not available? Are they not exportable from the US? We got 'em all over eBay and in the stores. US$150 is as cheap as they get, but that's a great price.

Where I come from obsolete means "cheaper if you can find it" (ebay is marvelous)

Sorry: there is no "it'll work" except "buy it and try it".
You can increase the odds by using equipment at least one year old (referring to the release of the motherboard, not the actual unit). But you cannot guarantee compatibility unless you get lucky and find someone who has installed OpenSuSE on THIS SPECIFIC motherboard or Dell Model#.
Oh: and there are A LOT more OpenSuSE users (and CentOS users) out there than there are in here on the Vicidial Forums. Since GoAutoDial was last released a few months ago and Vicibox was released just a few weeks ago, Vicibox is a better bet ... but if either CentOS or OpenSuSE has been proven to install on the system, you've got great odds. And if that install was over two months ago, the odds are freakin great.

You're right to exercise caution with that one. It's only a couple months old if that. Tech specs released in Feb and updated in May. You should be checking to see if/when the opensuse distro added drivers for this chipset (if it was before kumba released Vicibox 3.1.10). that is IF the drivers have been created and added to opensuse (may not have happened yet).

I have tried this one
Vicibox 3.1.12 does not supported it by default
The NIC does not work and i am having troubles to get the video working.
Other distros support it only with the newest kernel, and apparently wanpipe does not likes the newest kernel xD.
I will keep trying all night long to get it work before from scratch method
EDIT:
[UPDATE]
It is alive !!!!
I had to update Redux from Opensuse 11.3 to Opensuse 11.4, but it is running smooth now, i just edited the repos and zypper ref & zypper dup, after a few minutes and a reboot it is alive ñ_ñ

My experience is that Linux on the HP Proliant servers is generally well supported.
You'll see many are certified for RHEL 5 and SLES 11. I have installed older version of ViCiDial now for over a year on HP Proliant DL360 G3 server (dual Xeon CPU) including installing the HP agents for health monitoring (it installs like if it was RHEL: no issues)
