Hi guys anyone have idea how to setup in the inbound campaign where agent can hold the call first before answer and would somehow produces and sound indicator like ring when incoming calls is on

-The scenario is inbound call will be not answer autmatically agent can have option to see it frist before answer afetr hearing the inbound ring indicator.

Anyone implemented this..?

The agent can see calls in queue, and click to choose the one they want to receive, but there is nothing that sends any kind of sound to them when calls are waiting.

the scenario is the agent handling the verifier somehow does other work so ti would help that calls wont answer immediately and he can hold off before answering...is this possible and that ring indicator would really help adn caught his attentions if he hears it...
