Vici has a Carrier Config Module.
Anyone developed a Standalone Template Based Carrier Config Where One needs to click on Add Carir and Just enter the UserName and Password and Domain and the Prefix and Get Started ?

no, but it sounds like a great feature request. (SIP / IAX carrier wizard?)
There's something like it in Trixbox for a couple carriers (on the site of the carrier, i've found one that will allow you to configure FreePBX trunks from within their site, click on "go" and it sends the appropriate URL to your browser to actually Create the fully configured trunk with passwords in place and everything).
