manual dial not working from the call log dial option

vicibox_redux3.0.6|VERSION: 2.4-285 BUILD: 101022-1427 | singleserver| two port pri digium card | no extra software

I have enabled the call log view in usergroups, and the agents are able to view the call log.

problem is , In the call log there is a option to DIAL the number from that call log list . but if i click that dial nothing is happening just its ideal.

i have clicked both dial option one in adjacent to phone number and other adjacent to alt no ..

whether i am missing any fields to enable it.

CLI output would be very helpful. have you tried regular "manual" dialing in this campaign to be sure manual dialing actually works in it?

now ,that call log manual dial is working fine

today i have noticed , if i click the DIAL for the phonenumbers which dont have the phone code is not responding.
those phones which have phone code is redirecting me to the manual dial window.

I believe I fixed that bug very recently in SVN/trunk
