1) firewall
2) you have NOT used the same exact account settings for your dial as you used for your registration
3) your provider does not allow registration

1) No Firewall Activated on the Server
2) you have NOT used the same exact account settings for your dial as you used for your registration !!! DIDNT Understand.
3) Need to check ..

show your account entry and dial plan and registration string.

i didn't say "firewall ON the server", please tell me you do have either a hardware or software firewall between the server and the internet? (if not, please tell me your server's IP address, I'd like to demonstrate something for you ... :))

if the server is not on a public ip, then there IS a firewall (aka: router or NAT). this is one of your possible issues. the returning packet must traverse this device to get to your server. the packet cannot go directly to your server unless it is on an internet public ip. a device must somehow transfer these packets to your internal network. this adds a layer of confusion.

you may also need to set externip=???? (to the external ip address of your router) in sip.conf

Server get always On Internet
having a gateway available is not (arguably) the same thing as being "on the internet" (even if you are in the "DMZ")
