Our Company use a Propietary CRM
Righ now without any Predicted Dialer. Agent Click next and all the info of the next caller is displayed on screen and they manualy dial the phonenumber.
Any way we coudl use VCDial to at that moment dial the phone automatlcly instead of Manually?

You are going to have to supply some more information.
Is this CRM web-based?
Do you want to dial from VICIDIAL or from the CRM?
How many leads/calls per day?
Do you want to synchronize info between VICIDIAL and your CRM?
