Our Company use a Propietary CRM

Righ now without any Predicted Dialer. Agent Click next and all the info of the next caller is displayed on screen and they manualy dial the phonenumber.

Any way we coudl use VCDial to at that moment dial the phone automatlcly instead of Manually?
