Semi-Dumb Question...

Our office is in an area plagued by the occasional ice storm that makes our roads unusable. We want to set up a campaign to blast out a message to all call center employees that we will be allowing remote access because of te inclement weather.

Or if there is some sort of issue with our building (two transformers blown in two years!- a day down for each one!) we can send out a blast to notify our employees so that the afternoon shift doesn't end up having to turn around and go home.

So, if we use the dial status 8366, will that play the "survey" everytime the dialer hears silence for 2000,2? Like both on answering machines and answered calls?

8366 plays the message. it does not care if an answering machine gets the call or a human. it just plays the message.
