your agents are overusing their internet and causing increased lag times
go turn off all the NONVicidial internet.
In the meantime, you can change all your "qualify=xxx" to "qualify=no" to avoid the unreachable or at least increase to 2000 on all agent phones.

only they will open the vicidial agent window and xlite and some excell files
there is no vtiger also.

You are still experiencing high lag time. Are your agents the only ones using your wireless? Is there interference with your wireless from some other source? Are you INSANE using wireless for a telephone system?
At any rate, the lag time causes the qualify time to go beyond the limit, when a device exceeds the qualify time ... asterisk "disqualifies it" and refuses to talk to it until it "qualifies". So ... increase the qualify time or turn off qualify altogether until you can afford some cat5e cabling. Cheapskate.

is your wireless broadcasting the ssid or is it in stealth mode as it SHOULD be?

broadcasting sid will cause "others" to become curious and try to use your wireless. turn it off. it should only be "on" when you are connecting a new device, and even then it should not be technically necessary.
be sure all the clients are set to connect even if ssid is not broadcasting. (verify they will connect after a reboot with the ssid off).
please tell me your wireless is secure (you don't have an open wireless network ...?) security for both connecting and for data transmission is ... well, let's say a "good idea" and leave it at that
