Power Dial

Postby dasafro2010 » Wed Feb 23, 2011 4:25 am

Hi All,

I have a sales call centre running in Namibia, I am soon to start a debt collections campaign. What I like to understand is does Vicidial do a "Power Dial"

My definition of power dial would be that we give collectors ownership of account, they will only work on those account, i need the dialler to dial their numbers exclusively for them alone. I will be starting with 3 agents. so if each agent owns 50 accounts, the dialler must only dial those accounts to the agents who own them.

Any comments or suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Regards

your definition of power dial is certainly different from any other definition i've heard.

simplest standard method: have each agent with a sep campaign, each campaign with 50 lists, and continue to load those lists based on the leads given from the companies to which they are associated ... each agent will then be in their own account. I will tell you, from experience, that you SHOULD have more than one agent on each campaign (ie: three to five agents per campaign, sharing those 50 accounts, instead of 1 agent on each).

in addition, vicidial has many collection agency specific features (territories, 64000 numbers per debtor, etc).
