instant redial to alternate

Hi,

got this issue :
- predictive campaign
- agent talk to customer
- but customer say call mobile phone now

- agent input mobile phone in alternate phone , hang up ,and pause
- now agent have to call customer on his alt phone

he cannot use the fast dial

any idea or tips for making this process

This is what the Alt Number Dialing campaign feature is for. This is covered in the manuals.

ie: you should read and understand all the settings for the CAMPAIGN, or at least read the manuals regarding alt number dialing and manual dialing. there are several settings involved.
