Hello,
Can somebody please let us know what means DISPO and Xfer Statuses?
Is "dispo" a temporal status that means that the agents is going to dispo?
Is "Xfer" a temporal status that means that the agents is going to Transfer?

dispo means the prospect has been "hung up" and the agent is staring at the dispo screen (without submitting). This should only happen for about 5 seconds.
XFER should (if i recall?) mean that the agent is presently transferring a call, but has not yet disconnected from the transfer.
