I'm trying to install vici with my asterisk. My asterisk is working fine I can make all outbound call. But when my vicidialer try to make calles it say you are the only person in this conference meanwhile I look on the logs of my apache it says

What version of astGUIclient are you using?

As for no dials, that Apache error has nothing to do with it.
Is your AST_VDauto-dial.pl script running?
Are there leads in your hopper for your campaign?

I'm running astguiclient_1.1.11 version. No AST_VDauto_dial.pl script is not running where I have to place this script to run. thank for your prompt reply.

Have you read through the entire SCRATCH_INSTALL document?

There are several crontab entries that need to be present for the server-side scripts(like AST_VDauto-dial.pl) to be run properly. These server-side programs have to run for any dialing through VICIDIAL to happen.

yes I have put all enteries as per the install document and even I started that script It was not running now I see the following output:

What was the solution to the problem?

One problem Im experiencing is that I cant modify any of the campaigns if I try to change the hopper level or the Dial Status or anything for that matter after the initial campaign has been completed I get errors in my apache error_log.

First of all those are not ERRORS, they are NOTICEs and WARNINGs which are not fatal. I usually recommend turning off NOTICES in your php.ini file(they are off by default on PHP source installs)

What version of astGUIclient are you using?

true my apologize, I know they are more informational than anything however I assume they have something to do with the fact of why I cannot make any modifications to the campaigns or anything else for that matter..

What is the campaign ID of your campaign that you are trying to modify?

What version of PHP are you running?

I would suggest upgrading to the latest snapshot, or if you can wait until tomorrow, upgrading to 1.1.12 which will also have several bug and security fixes for the admin.php pages.

I've tried modifying a few differnet campaigns they are called:

testtes

none of them will allow modification it SAYS they have been modified however none of the new values show up.. I will update.

Very wierd though that only the vicidial.php is experiencing this. I cannot update anything from users to campaigns lists etc. I've double/triple/quadruple checked the dbconnect.php script to ensure it has all the proper settings but still notta..

vicidial.php? Do you mean vicidial/admin.php?

I have not run into that particular problem before and don't know what could be causing it. let us know if you figure it out.
