Does the Callback Scheduler calendar use the server timezone or the dialed phone number timezone to schedule a callback?

i would assume the prospect's time zone. but it is fairly easy to test. have you tested it? (i'm not sure i'd take anyone's word for it even if you DO get an answer ... testing it makes more sense, yes?)

tested and found the callback calendar is using the server time which is in the Philippines. Prospects are in USA and UK. Trying to verify which timezone Vicidial was intended to use and that my configurations were correct.
Would love to use the prospects time zone and enter the date/time that they specified rather than having to convert the date/time and then schedule the callback.

try upgrading to SVN and truly testing it. If you are right, then post it to the Issue Tracker and you may get your wish in time.
(Sponsoring it may help that along a bit, of course).

Callbacks use the server time, not the customer's time.
