Goautodial 2.0 from .iso with manual multi server configuration 1DB&Apache and 2 dialers working fine with outbound predictive dialing | VERSION: 2.2.1-237 BUILD: 100510-2015| Asterisk 1.4.21.2 | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation.
Our carrier is congesting not valid numbers. Problem is that invalid numbers are marked as NA. I need to know what Vici must get tfrom carrier to mark lead as DC. My carrier want to cooperate but they need some knowledge.
TIA

vicidial does not differentiate NA from DC.
If you want to, you can write a script that marks "congestion" in the carrier log and changes the lead status. but be careful because that would catch OTHER congestion results as well. see if they can give you a Unique result for DC that no other calls will get, then write a script that will convert that result (in the carrier log) to DC for each matching lead.
Many people have scripts that consider Zero Seconds "Cancel" results to be "DC" (ordinarily cancel is NA, but that's only true if it is not busy which has a special signal type and if the cancel occurred after the timeout, then the cancel is normally generated by your server as the result of a timeout which is a true NA)

Big Thanks
First my carrier need to change signaling. Hi is signaling all congestions as hangupcause 34 what ever it is DC, Turned off mobile Phone, or sometimes no circuit. I tryed to call on congested numbers from my mobile and they are disabled in many cases.
Could somebody describe for me a logic of field channel in vicidial_carrier_log table. We made 10 k of calls yesterday but they are all marked as local channel. Additionaly I have only 160 calls with name of my carrier in channel. How can i be sure that congestion is from my operator?
