automatic callback of inbound calls

My setup is , 1 tollfree no
customer will call the tollfree no , and plays a message and hangsup.
and that lead should be stored and called back automatically and transfered to available agent

any ideas !!!!!!!!!!

You can have the call go to an in-group with the Hold Time Option set to CID CALLBACK. then just set the list ID to the list of an outbound campaign and it will dial automatically when an outbound/blended agent is available.
