Hi everyone,

I have installed the VICIDIAL, when I add annexes (phones) the default context and that remains, you can change those context?

What version of Vicidial did you install? Have you read the manual? (Based on the way your question is phrased, it sounds like you have not ... please remember that it is a requirement to post your Vicidial Version with Build and read the manual available for free at eflo.net before posting
