Vici and Upgrades

Lets say a Center dials with 10 agents.

Center only does Outbnd and No Plans for any Inbnd Ever.

Outbound means where agents login and they gets the call dialed out by Vicidial and they speak to the customer and then Hang Up.Thats all.

Now, Would Like to Know . why a Center should Upgrade to 2.2 version Or GoAutoDial from VNow CE 1.3 ?

What Advantage a Center can get by Upgrading ????

I know many new features are there but what if center simply dial Outbnd and they hardly change any settings in campaign apart from dial level ?

lots of new features and stable code than the previous version, so lesser bugs

No reason at all if you're dialing perfectly or you don't need any new features. As the saying goes "If it ain't broke don't fix it". 8)
