Hello Forum,
Is there any ISO (vicibox ) having Vicidial version 2.05-173 and asterisk version 1.4.21.2.? Or will have to do scratch install?
Need to add a asterisk server to a cluster which is running of 2.0.5-173.
Thanks in advance.

Why do you need that specific version?
2.0.5 is over 2 years old and is no longer supported. The newer versions have many new features and bug fixes.

Cos currently cluster of servers with 2.0.5 is in production we want to add another telephony server. I remember reading in a manual to maintain s/w version same across all servers.
Is it ok to add latest s/w version of vicidial as telephony server to the cluster running 2.0.5?
thank you

Our recommendation is to upgrade everything to at least 2.2.1, then you won't have to worry about compatibly issues.
An alternative is to install 2.2.1 on the new server and then copy all /usr/share/astguiclient, /var/lib/asterisk and /etc/asterisk/ files over from one of your other servers, then customize the conf files to your new machine on the cluster.

If you know SVN, you can get any version you want from it ... but it IS easier to merely copy your existing folders as Matt suggested, since that's the ultimate goal of the SVN.
Seriously, though: upgrade your existing cluster to 2.2.1. Then a fresh server addition is easy (and remember to thank Kumba when it runs Smooooth).

just small idea
if you want the same version of vicibox , better take the clone of the existing disk using any one of 1.acronis 2.g4u 3.clonezilla.
revert the clone to another server
(but make sure it should be same config of the existing server , i ve tried between different server models with acronis and it works great)
after restoring the clone backup , delete the database and make it as a fresh install.

actually that has been known to work (ghost 4 linux "g4l" or any one of several other cloning systems). there's usually some network issue to resolve (mac address locks to the old physical network card, so you have to delete it and let the system work with a new mac), and some other possible issues. But we have done that for a few clients. Especially when the hardware is identical (works for backups, too). LOL: I even have a client who used that method to avoid paying for installations, even though Vicibox is much easier than cloning!
